    Hello,
I would like to give to my mom access to my pc from her pc so she can transfer some file from my external hard drive(connected to my pc) to a usb stick(connected on her pc). I want her to access only to my external hard drive to simplify the task.
It will be usefull for her since I download all our tv show and she will be able to copy some episode on a usb stick and watch them on a blu-ray.
If anyone can tell me how to do that, please tell me, I will need it soon.
    Thanks :)

If you're on the same network, you can create a network share of the external drive (or any specific folder within). Not exactly the answer you're looking for, but it's an option.

Glad to hear it worked. I was wondering if you were on a different network (e.g living separate) and might need to try VPNs or something like that.
