Hello iIwant to get Xorpad files to convert .3ds into CIA and Decrypy9wip don't boot .

Are you using the a9lh decrypt9 that you click a button on startup to use, or the homebrew launcher version?
Also are you using the most recent release of decrypt9?

And in what way are you trying to boot Decrypt9wip?

Homebrew launcher , it doesn't work , I was brought to HBL , and when i press Select at booting it 's doesn't work too

I've heard the homebrew launcher version can be problematic on an a9lh setup. Try using the a9lh method on startup with it's payload and tell us how it goes.
Edit: sorry didn't see the second part about a9lh booting.
Are you making certain you have all four keys at the root of your SD?
And also that you have your decrypt9 payload in the correct folder?

You Must Coldboot decrypt9 (the bin file) else you would need to load a 9.2 firmware.bin with luma/cakes and then decrypt9 with hbl
