Aren't laptops pre-built PCs by definition?
I meant desktops, but I suppose an exception can be made for laptops, provided you buy them with a bundled OS, which I always try not to do. Laptops without a bundled OS tend to be much cheaper, so if you already have a license (from your previous machine which you're retiring) they tend to be a better deal. ;)

My asus is full of crap and multiple useless hdd partitions. Merged and splitted in 2 properly. Reinstalling windows 10 over it nyah nyah
You realize those "useless partitions" are actually very useful recovery partitions, right? Windows now creates 4 of its own, and there is usually one by the OEM for restoring to factory settings.

Check Disk Management, you should have a bunch in there again.
