Warm vinegar works great, or it did when my daughter decided that instead of handing me the gum when she was done chewing it, she decided to rub it all over her pants. I tried putting the pants in the freezer, but that did not work at all. I finally tried something else. I warmed up vinegar in the microwave, then put some on the gum. Then I scraped the gum off with a butter knife. I know it sounds werid but it works fantastic!
As stated I am really bored [IMG] Don't even know why I did this [IMG]

My friend got a bunch of Gum stick in her hair and her older sister used ice...on like 2 ft of hair. That was a nice sister, I'd have started at the roots and clipped and snipped the gum off the top and then cut anything longer than 9 inches off.

Chew another gum, then use that one, to removed the one stickied to the pants.

There is this product called Goo Gone. It advertises that it will remove gum, but I've never tried. However, I have used it to get tar out of carpet and it works like magic, so I'd imagine that it would plow though something like gum.
