Homebrew How to format and unbrick your 3DS from any of these

Is there anyway because my 3ds wont reboot without sd card and wont go to home menu with sd card(it stays on black screen) can i format it (erasing eveything is not a problem)

What did you do? Please explain how your 3ds became like that from the beginning.

Assuming you have A9LH installed, you need to copy arm9loaderhax.bin to the root of CTRNAND. A9LH cannot boot without the payload which, if you don't have it in CTRNAND, it won't have with the SD card removed.
