Homebrew How to follow the Seedminer+Steelhax+Frogtool?

Today i finally decided to go ahead and hack my Old 2DS. I followed the steps at 3dsBrew correctly until the Homebrew Launcher step. I have an EUR 2DS and i am too cheap to buy a game lol. So i downloaded SteelDiver, had the movable seed, Homebrew Launcher and SteelHax installer ready.
But when i got to the otherapp payload i stopped because i didn't know what to do. My 2DS is version 11.10.0-43, wich isn't covered. So, is it safe to download the latest otherapp payload (42) or do i have to wait until a new version is released. This is the first time i hack an 8th generation console, so i am very scared of messing up something and destroying my console. Thanks in advance!

You can go then with the seedminer section of the guide, and then the bannerbomb3 section which doesn't require steel diver to dump the DSiWare backup to inject the hack

Hmm, but i don't have any DSiWare game, and there are no free ones in the Europe Store. That means i must buy one?

There will be no problems, as Bannerbomb3 extracts the Nintendo DS Connections app in order to be patched. That's why the tutorial requires you to test if it's working before continuing.
