PS1/2 How to fix USB portable hard drive not recognised in OPL.

Hey. I need a lot of help.
I converted my usb portable hard drive to FAT32 and didn’t lose data (thank god for that).
I was wondering if u could tell me how I suppose to make the PS2 and PS1 games load
from my 2TB USB Hard drive.
