Homebrew How to fix switch won't boot to logo or RCM after downgrading

Holding the power button does nothing and all the guides for recovering it say to boot it into RCM. Is there any way to recover/completely reset it. I tried to downgrade firmware. I have the Boot0 & Boot1 file and rawnand backups. I also have the atmosphere autobackups.

Are you trying to boot into stock or CFW?

Edit:

If stock, it wont boot if you’ve burnt a higher efuse count.
