How to extract the saves from R/B/Y virtual console?

    I found this Tutorial in ProjectPokemon from Mar that it also link to some files here on GBATemp. Does it work in 11.1? Or is there any way to do it on 11.1?

    SVDT freezes on a red screen for me.

    I figured out why we're getting the red screen. You need to make sure you have the right version of boot.3dsx and the custom mmemaps (I may have mispelled that).

    Get the boot.3dsx from here (https://github.com/ihaveamac/9.6-dbgen-xmls) and replace the one you have. That page also has a link to a downloader app you can run from HB or you can download them and put them on the SD manually from the same link. These maps and that boot.3dsx should allow you to use JKSM (the boot.3dsx fixes the red screen) and the maps fix any game-specific issues.

    I was successfully able to back-up my Pokemon Yellow save after this.
