This is really irritating me because whenever i run a channel installer i always get an error saying that it was unable to access the nand. I also wonder if this is the reason why pimpmywii always fezzes on me right before it starts to test. Do i need to install anything to get this to work?

Nope, it's v1.0.8. I think that's the latest one. Thanks for replying.

do u have the HBC installed to IOS58?

If not, install IOS58 if it isn't already installed, then reinstall your HBC

Yea, i have IOS58 V24.31. The only stuff i've done to my Wii is i hacked it by using Sciifii V2 and then i used Waninkoko 4.3 updater.

try reinstalling a clean IOS58, I think waninkoko's updaters sometimes install fakesigned versions of all the IOSs... but if that were the case, I think ur HBC should have flipped upsidedown...

what channel installer r u trying to use btw?

    I had the same problem.
Workaround is to use Multimodmanager, and switch to a Fakesigned ios to install shit.

Are you using the latest version of Pimp my Wii? 2.11
In the past there was a bug checking ios 249 and 250. This is fixed in the latest release.

As for the other apps, I think it has something to do with the way apps are loading from the HBC channel using IOS 58.
Some apps have to be updated by the devs. Like preloader.

WiiMC channel installer 1.4 should be able to install everything under IOS58 though....
    Maybe you did an update?
