Took me a while to figure out as this isn't documented anywhere really... what you need to do is go into your SD card, and into

/Not64/settings.cfg

If the settings.cfg file doesn't exist, create it.

Then in the file open in notepad++ or whatever text editor you want and enter:

VideoMode = 3

This sets the video to 240p60 info for other video modes is here: https://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2723

Not64 Emulator:

https://github.com/extremscorner/not64

There are other settings you can add to the settings file if you want, but I haven't messed with them, really I'm only interested in that sweet sweet 240p output.

Audio = 1
ScalePitch = 1
FPS = 0
FBTex = 0
2xSaI = 0
ScreenMode = 0
VideoMode = 3
TrapFilter = 0
Core = 1
NativeDevice = 0
StatesDevice = 0
AutoSave = 1
LimitVIs = 1
Pak1 = 0
Pak2 = 0
Pak3 = 0
Pak4 = 0
LoadButtonSlot = 4
smbusername = ""
smbpassword = ""
smbsharename = ""
smbipaddr = ""

No, just use notepad++ and make sure it's saved with the extension .cfg

It's just a text file ultimately with a .cfg extension.

I tried it and it works, cool find.
If someone wants to try it with Wii64, don't waste your time, I tried and all I get is a black screen.
