Gaming How to edit or create a .skn (sakura) skin ?

I want to edit/translate some skin for M3 Sakura but i don't know what i need to open/edit or create a .skn file

Can anyone help and tell me what i have to use plz ?
M3 Simply is easy but sakura .skn file piss me off and i don't want to change my firmware...

to create a sakura skin u will need to download the sakura tools.

extract the downloaded file---now go to the skin tools folder--- then go to a folder called "default"---
edit those images as u wish--- when u finish with it, go back to the "skin tools folder" and run the file called makeskin_default.bat.. this will compress/make the "default folder" into an .skn file..

i would suggest to download the sakuratronic skin which is the most perfect skin that has been made and it has 2/3 new folders(sound folder,loading screen,cheats screen) which aren't present in the older skin.
