How to edit Controller settings in registry (win7 ult x64)?

So i'm having this issue with games that dont need xinput or x360ce for them to work,
or with older games where My controller (PS2 dualshock with USB adapter to PC) mixes controlls.

I found some tutorial how to invert right analog stick
and make left detect as left and so on.
before i fixed it it was:
up/down = left/right and
left/right = up/down

it was annoying when playing for example sonic heroes and i wanted to
move camera up and i flick right analog up and camera moved right... annoying!

Anyway, i fixed right analog inverted controlls by doing THIS, and it helped me!

Now my problem is HOW do i remap other buttons (to be more like XBOX360 controller)
in registry, cause they are A MESS!
For example L1 is detected as L2, L2 is L1....
Circle is detected as A instead of xbox B and so on... they are just mess...

Anyway, i found this guys pic having "buttons" folder in registry's joypad configuration.
Now i know how to make a folder, but the problem is i don't know how to configure it!

Can you please help me?

Also vibration isnt working.​
