Hacking How to dump games from vita 3.63 ?

Hi guys, I wonder if its possible to dump games from vita 3.63 without hack ?

Let say I would like to buy japanese games without have to reset my vita to japanese region. (I cannot just login onto a jpn psn account ?)

Let say I have a vita tv that is not hacked and I setup it with jpn account.

Can I just insert the memory card of my vita tv into my vita 3.60 and dump it with maidump ? Hmm, does maidump and vitashell are installed onto my previous memory card ?

In that case, it is possible to install vitashell and maidump into internal memory ? So I can use vitashell with the memory card 3.63 to dump my game into my pc ?

If it's a physical game you can just pop it i and play, the vita is region free. If its digital you can keep the JP account and the game on another memory card or if you want you could go a step further and use psvimgtools to switch accounts on the same card(extra steps though).

No you cannot dump and play your games on 3.63.

you cant dump the games with mai dump, but if you do a qcma backup of the game we could decrypt and unpack it.(its almost the same(using psvimgtools))
and then mess with the game files and try and get it working on 3.60 or other stuff
