topic says it all, I got some Verbatim DVD-DL for 360 and I wanted to determine if they are genuine and not some renamed discs.
I'm sure there is a software to do so.

Thanks.

Imgburn will also let you know.

care to say where is it?
In the bunch of text on the right cand you find "Physical Format Information" and bit lower there's "Disc ID".

Usually Verbatims are MKM001 or MKM003

Look on the panel to the right when you've select write to disc. It'll have Physical Format Information under that it'll show Disc ID. On my Memorex DVDs, for example, it shows RICOHJPN-R03-04. Using the reference guide from the posters above, it's a second class disc.

according to this, the cheap as chips ASDA (aka wallmart) dvd+r branded disks are mcc004, ie. Mitsubishi Chemicals, Mitsubishi-Kagaku Media, Verbatim. so, first class. i always wondered why they always worked the best.
