I updated my AK with 1.5.1 and now it doesn't see my save for Zelda. It creates new one which is 1MB. How to continue playing on my old save?
Any way to convert it?

The only way to continue with your old one is to find a backup you made. If so, you can use a program I have been developing (my own save converter).
After seeing your post, I've modified it to convert to RAW 1MB.

The newest feature isn't tested, so keep a backup of your original save, and contact me if ANYTHING goes wrong.

Is easy, i have fixed my spirit tracks on this way...

Just do "cat 512save.sav 512save.sav >> new1mbsave.sav" on Linux

Where 512save is your spirit tracks 512kb save and new1mbsave is your new save.

If this works, you can do the same thing in windows by doing:

CODEcopy /b 512save.sav + 512save.sav new1mbsave.sav

Don't know if this will work - but have had some success with other people with similar problems

The way I fixed it for them was (Always make a backup in case things go wrong):
> Create a new save file by running game (this is a 'blank' 1Mb save file)
> Using a Hex editor (I use HxDen for this) load BOTH your old 512kb sav and the New 1mb file
(You'll end up with 2 tabs, each with a save file code in)
> Select the old 512kb tab & select all the code ([CTRL]+[A]) & 'copy' it
> Select the new 1mb tab & after making sure you're at the very start of the file - Use 'Paste/Write'
(Some of the code will turn red to show that it's been overwritten)
> Saved this newly modified file, copy it back to your flashcart & try it out
