How to convert img+sub+ccd to .CDI/GDI or from bin+cue to CDI/GDI

i have a Dreamcast Game in those 2 formats:
bin+cue and img+ccd+img

I need to convert it in .gdi format or .cdi in order to use it with emulators and with GDEMU on my original Dreamcast.

Please, can you suggest how i can covnert it?
