Gaming How to convert a 32kb SAV file to a 64kb one?

Hi everyone.
Can anyone tell me how do I convert a 32kb .sav file (used by GBARunner2, GBA emulator for DS consoles) to a 64kb one (used by my gba flashcart)?
Is there a special tool (but I don't think so), or do I have to use, as I suppose, a hexadecimal editor?
In this case can you tell me, precisely and accurately, how to proceed, since I do not have the slightest experience in this regard?

There you can select by Output the size of your file....you wrote DS, so i thgought this would be a match ?
