Hi,

I searched boards a bit but couldn't find on how to buy from eShop. I can't directly buy from eShop so I have to pay someone money and get a credit that eShop accepts, so I think PayPal is possible for us and most common ways are.

I bought my 3DS from Duabi and it's NTSC/UC but I think I changed region of my eShop to download some demo so please tell me what region it should be.

Tnx.

Thanks.
Are those prepaid cards region locked?

What about using credit card, does a US credit card work with a console that I bought from Dubai (which is NTSC UC but is made for U.A.E.).

And do I have to change my eShop region to be able to use any of those above?

You can even use your own Credit Card (I'm using a Dutch VISA Card in the Japanese eShop).
As far as I know, the Japanese 3DS's can only be set on the Japanese Region, no matter what.
European 3DS's can be set to any European country, any Australian country, a couple of African countries, and a few Asian countries (Russia, India, and Turkey).
However, Iran isn't included on my European 3DS.
