Just make sure you're not using the 3D printed one with a paperclip inserted, THAT one will damage your rail pins. It's not expensive or difficult to fix, but it's best if you don't damage the rail pins at all.

I don't think that one is maked with a paper clip but when I will receive it I will be able to see it more clearly. What do you think of the one on the photo ?

I know, the one pictured is good. I'm just warning others the dangers of the 3D printed paperclip ones.

The one in the picture is fine. You can tell it's good because of how the copper is situated on small holes that let it bend down so it's not jamming into the pins, it is just as gentle as the joy cons. As for AutoRCM Nintendo is not currently banning from it, but in a future update they might be able to check if it's enabled and console ban you for having it. Currently the only reason I can think of to have AutoRCM off is if you find yourself turning on your switch when you don't have access to a cable and device for loading payloads so you can still use it legit. Remember it's just powering down that requires a new injection, not sleep mode.

Buy anyone you want, just be sure to take a good look at it when you get it. I had to bend the jig's pins a little first cuz they came in slightly bent.

AutoRCM is super safe.
Everyone I know uses it to switch between CFW emuNAND and clean sysNAND.
From sysNAND you just reboot into RCM automatically and use your prefered dongle to send whatever payload you want (I'm using Argon NX to chainload hekate, so I can update hekate in sd:\argon\payload.bin without ever altering the dongle).

Been using autoRCM for years without getting banned and there's no report anyone got banned yet for having autoRCM enabled.

If that ever happens, I guess Ninty would implement the detection of auto autoRCM in a FW update and if that happens, users will report it.
What do we learn? If there's a FW update, wait at least a few days before you install it.

And is my Sysnand really clean? I mean, for the case i boot into it through hekate?
If your sysNAND is clean without hekate, it's clean too if you boot into it with hekate. Hekate is just a bootloader in this case, really. Horizon OS on sysNAND can't tell "what" booted it. It just boots.
Of course you shouldn't boot into Atmosphère on your sysNAND (although it's considered pretty safe these days). Just don't ever use a CFW/hacks on sysNAND if you want to stay 100 % safe.

I for myself even use Atmosphère and Checkpoint on sysNAND to dump my savegames from time to time. Since dumping savegames is a "read only" operation and I'm rebooting into non-Atmosphère (aka stock) until I go online with it again, there shouldn't be much trouble. Haven't been banned yet. But that's just my two cents.
As I said, if you really want to stay safe, don't use CFW on sysNAND.
Having AutoRCM active and/or using hekate to boot into stock sysNAND is pretty safe though.

If I may be completly honest I'd not bother hacking your system plus if Nintendo got the idiots that started this and got them sent down I don't think you want a blocked console with absolutly no online functions? Since One of the main points of the system is it's online (ok yes it's still pretty bad compared to xbox's flawless online) But online multiplayer is a massive thing in the gaming community now.

Who cares about a ban? Nintendo's online mode is crappy. And we have already enough methods to prevent a ban.

While I agree Nintendo's online is "crap" that still doesn't warrent hcking it to play games you don't legally own. (granted some mods are nice, like the themes) NOw if only Nintendo would add a better file management system and not make it looks so basic and add the virtual console then maybe people wouldn't hack the system?

The users waited now over 3 years for that...and nothing happened. My opinion is, they don't add this.
the NSO is a bad service I won't deny that, and i have been a loyal fan since the gamecube
and the only thing i hacked is my 3ds signed by shigeru miyamoto when mario 3d land came out
