ROM Hack how to backup with powersave and use the file on gateway ?

i tried to back up pokemon ruby ( my own cartridge ) , it save it as .3DS file
but when i try to launch the game it says the save is corrupted
i tried using program called cart2sav , it produced a 1 mb file , pkhex didn't accpet it

is there a way just to decrypt the powersave save game and use it on gateway ?

yo yo yo just replace that dump game one more and then try it u will see and u can use that save file to the gateway cartridge pokemon games it is for backup that if ur game save data is crupted then u can replace it through cart2save tool and if u want to play that dumped game online just rename it to .3dz
