I recently made a japanese account on my ps3, to use on my psp, so that I could get Puzzle Bobble 2 off the store. I added a 1000y card to my balance. But when I tried buying and d/l the game, it brought up error code 80109D80. I tried activating my account through the options in the PSP menu, but it just says an error occured (80029780). The same error happens when I try it on the PS3 also.
What can I do to solve this?
