Are there any news or leaks at all on how soon its going to come?

I am surprise not much people are talking about it after the release of their 3.1.1 update in which N3DS is supported.

I guess not much people has a need for 9.6 yet.

I made it this on purpose, yes. But I have no intention of getting 698 pages of posts, going through name pages and polls, getting sent to the EOF, slowing down, picking up, getting closed, and the other stuff that happened (well, I do a little )

I'm surprised that not many really notice this is a reference to something. But it is definitely a problem, I updated my emuNAND when the update first came out, I was dumb.
