you need the twilight hack,

it is the only way of booting unlicensed code on an unmodified wii,

once you have that, if you haven't already attempted other things, just go here, it has everything you need:

things you will need, in order:

-the wii
-computer
-sd card
-Zelda Twilight princess
(you already have those)
-"twilight hack" savefile
-the pack at this link: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=114373

the twilight hack is a hacked Zelda save, it allows you to begin a Crash that will allow you to boot code.

the file that it will boot is any file in the root of the sd card called "boot.dol" or "boot.elf"

so for the pack, you will need to put the "boot.dol" in the "wadmanager" folder in the SD CARD ROOT

ex:

SD CARD ROOT \boot.dol

then by using the twilight hack, and either backing up through the level entrance, or talking to the nearby man, you will run "wad manager"
