Gaming How on earth do I get Roll and all her costumes in Mega Man Powered Up? (PPSSPP)

I've been searching everywhere for a save file that has roll and all her costumes for the USA version of the game. I've had no luck, and I'm wondering if there's a way to do it myself. I know I can't do it myself, due to being unable to access the DLC for the game. Is there any way?

Try looking at the GaemFaqs saves. I believe one of them is an unlock for that. There is no DLC afaik.

There's not DLC in the sense of going on the store and buying anything but you had to connect online for Roll and the level builder packs to download, so that's probably what they meant. They aren't encrypted to your console or account though so any of the saves here will work.
