Hi, i ordered some stuff from HopeBuy (Ds Lite, Supercard Lite, charger, screen protectors).

The order was about $250 (~£130) including shipping with UPS. I live in the UK, so i guess i'm going to be nobbled by VAT. Any idea on how much duty i'm going to have to pay?

I think the duty level for electronics is about 5%, plus you'll have 17.5% VAT on that, then the courier will charge you for collecting the customs payment (most charge between £5-£14). If it gets stopped by customs then you are looking at ~$330 (give or take).

The UK is just incredibly apt at ripping the public off with tax - i suppose it's why the £ is so strong..

Partially why it's not a big deal - i mean a DSL for 70 quid isn't too bad really..
