I'm paying 28 Euros ($35USD) a month for a 10mbit down & 1 mbit up ADSL2 connection.
I download at 1030 KB/s max and upload 100+ KB/s
1M /512 kbit/s
max. download: ~100kb/s
max. upload: ~50kb/s
I get 512KB download and 100KB upload(at least i think thats my upload ). I get all that for 30AUD(25USD)
You people are paying way..way too much for such slow connections.
13Mbps Down/ 0.8 Mbps Up ADSL2+
Australian 60 dollars --> roughly 45 USD now.
I recently had "unlimited" 2MBit (which actually ran at 2Mbit) NTL/Telewest/Virgin for £20 (all inclusive) with reasonable TV included.
Now I am struggling with this BT homehub nonsense (apparently they need 10 days to "test" so I am stuck with a 512Kbit connection from the original 2Mbit (more like 1.5) I had. I forget how much is being paid but it is not nice as line rental has to be included as well.
$70 bucks, 12GB bandwidth (down/uploads) 12 mb per second
edit: this is aus money, 70.00 AUD = 57.3624 USD

USA - 3Mb DSL - No download cap.
1mb dsl + free national calls 36€, they are going to upgrade to 3mb for free soon. I don't have any limitation for p2p nor any hidden proxy. Altough spain's broadband sucks hard mine is quite decent
Well, I'm here in Japan and the internet provider I have, has a deal with the building. I pay 1000 yen (Roughly US$10) a month for what seems to be a 50Mbit line... but on a consistent basis I'm able to download around 30-35Mbit/s though I seem to be only able to upload at 7Mbit/s tops... (no cap on anything - unlimited!) Cheap I know, slow, I know, (kidding) but I do want to get the 100Mbit package, but it'll cost me around 4500 yen per month.
I forgot to add I am being upgraded for free soon. My mate downloads at 6MB/S so thats what I am getting upped to for free. I also have a 36GB Cap.
Japaneses ISP are awesome
I pay $25 USD for a 2Mb connection.
Oh yeah, no cap and no letters no matter how much I download.
Waiit... some of you have a download limit? WTF!!!
£30/month (~US$60) upto 8mbit down and 448kbit up (connected at max, thank god), traffic shaping on 24/7 and limited to 50GB/month between 6pm and midnight.
No other choices, only got one ISP offering 4 packages (only different is data allowence between 6pm and midnight).
$50 USD a month for 512Kb down, 256Kb up.
The best I can get where I live (without getting a T1s) is 1.5Mb down, 384Kb up, for $99 USD.
