Misc how much 9.5 update weigths

Sorry for my bad english, but what I'm wondering is this: how many megabytes does an update from version 9.0 to 9.5 are on the 3ds memory? Actually what I'm trying to discover is if I can download those update from the internet connection of my phone (actually 1gb ~) when I'll give my 3dsxl for a brand new new 3ds (lel) at gamestop this friday, since to transfer data from my old 3ds to the new one requires an internet connection and the same firmware version.
