How many of you went to the old Nintendo NSider Forums?

I was just thinking that it would have been my 4 year anniversary there in November, if it wasn't shut down a year or so ago... and then I started to reminisce a bit.

Friday Trivia was dying, the chat threads and RP boards went away... people were wondering what was gonna go next. Then one day the forum shut down, with no warning... nobody thought the whole forum was the next to go.

I guess it's because the Nintendo Power magazine rights were handed off to some other company, and along with it went the forums. I haven't renewed my subscription since.

So um, yeah. I don't mind much anymore, since GBAtemp is basically my home now, but... anyone from there?

I registered back in summer of 04. Man it was easy to get posts in that place. Getting koopa rank was no big deal.

Before I discovered GBAtemp and the wonderful world of flashcarts, I used to frequent NSider quite a bit.

I went there a few times but I didn't frequent it. Didn't really like the forum's style.

Yeah, it was pretty dumb how they didn't let you share friend codes.
