I do remember slight bickering between various CFW (Cakes, ReiNand etc.) and a minority that was very vocal about which one is superior, but not to the extend we can see here. This feels much worse.

Hey man, if I just get the OS, can I use the switch pin trick to boot it? Also do I need to input the OS every single time I reboot the switch? Advice would be appreciated.

You can use the pin trick/jig. And yes you need to input the OS if you reboot.

The first is true, the second is random speculation, the third is so vague that it's pointless.

I haven't paid for it, I haven't considered paying for it. However the idea there is some moral issue with paying for piracy is ridiculous.

i dont have a link for you, sorry. i bought it at 3ds-flashcard, but read that some people got problems with them. So im not sure if i should recommend buying from them.

Even if LayeredFS would be working 100% (which it is far from) 25 Euros for the GUI and ease of setup SX OS offers right now is worth it. Of course you can always play the waiting game but that applies to everything because usually technology gets cheaper if you wait.

Guess what , isolñd those game get all my money back because i sold the to same price , here the games are expensives .
And what that money got one $27 license , and i kept the rest .
