Hacking How long would it take for a home brewed VITA to get banned?

Like, for instance, once you homebrew your PS Vita, does your PSN get immediately banned, or later?

there are no PSN ban for the vita (yet?)

only PSP mode is hacked
vita mode is not

but if a fw update comes
you CAN NOT UPDATE(so NO PSN)
if you update the PSP exploit will NOT work any more

No bans yet for eCFW/PSP-mode hacking. Though it could be possible we might see some bans if the Vita mode is hacked.

Well, they aren't "detecting" people using the exploit in that manner. They are just taking down the game that's being used for the exploit for a couple of days/weeks until they release a new update for the Vita where the exploit is blocked.
