How long until warns expire?

I got 10% nearly a year ago for something stupid. Just wondering if it wears of or if I am stuck with it for good.

I had a warning for a while

it was from way back when I made some hoax pictures of a game that doesn't exist, then asked if anyone had any links to a rom of it

I think I had that warning for a year or so, then one day it was gone

I got warned last year about bumping my undumped DS thread, I stopped saying what I had removed and then asked 17 days later when it was gone and Hunter (who gave me the warning in the first place) removed it straight away.
