ATM, I've been trying to install a 750 MB game on vitashell, I've waited about 3 mins, and its still at 0 percent... How long is it supposed to take?

It also took like 20 mins to get RetroArch AIO to 2%

My memory card is new, (just got this vita, it came in the vita), 4 GB I believe, it should have around 1.8 GB left.

But I'll make sure that it isn't just a lack of space (I really hope it's not that, I'll look like such an idiot).

Well Thats Enough Space ... i have Ys - Memories of Celcetta & when its installed it takes 900mb
so u have the 2x Space needed ... maybe .... only guessing ....
it's installing slow because your memory card has just enough space to work

OK, I just deleted 1.5 GB, (restarted the install tho, as a test), guess I'll say later whether it worked or not.

Yeah, I've heard really good things about the series, so I figured I'd try one of them once I finally got my Vita.

Well, restarting it seems to have worked! It's at 10% now... Thanks!

Do you have to start Henaku to play them or can you play them from a cold boot after you install them?

Anytime you restart you have to install Molecule each time.Or you can grab the offline installer and take it with you even if you don't have a data connection. Here's a link on how to use the offline installer.
