1hr download (10mbit line/4.5gb) or 15mins to rip, 15 mins to burn or 40 seconds to put on a USB drive (the better option).

Why does this even matter, its not like you couldnt do this to find out for your self?!

There is not average, it varies greatly and depends on quite a few variables.

Really the size of the game and your internet speed is what will take the longest. I have shit internet speeds, takes me around 3-4 hours to download an average sized Wii game.

With my internet, 100mb, I can download the games from torrents (if they're well seeded), or directly from some websites, and it can take like 10mins or less, for a 4gb game.
Now, if you download them via sites like rapidshare and etc, it'll take ages, unless you're premium.

As for ripping, I always burn my games at 4x, so it takes around 10/20mins, depending on the size.

Like Supr said, there really isn't an average, just check what's your internet speed and how long the sites you use take to download the files.

If the game is uncompressed, at my best speed of 2MB/sec it would be 2,000ish seconds. So about 45min. Then a 10min burn. But why bother burning it? I got a 32GB class 10 card from Microcenter for 24$. I can play GC games off the card as well, which is nice since my system has a 3-2 drive in it. I used to use a 300GB USB Harddisk but then it occurred to me that most of the Wii games aren't for me. Less space is more when picking the best.

I wouldn't bother with rapidshare and the likes. Half the time the link is down. The most premium membership wont fix that. Torrents and DC++ are the best. Make sure to share to at least a 1:1 ratio on torrents. Also, if you like a game and it's still in print, buy it.
