If you're using SX dongle then remove it after a couple seconds on the home screen as that will charge it enough for the next time.

Best suggestion here . Why ? as after it goes into Horizon OS you charge the caps for next inject. You can remove it once you see the blue flash on pro and red loading screen has cleared or once the nintendo logo appears if using autorcm .

After the logo pops up, you can freely remove it. When booting into RCM, people say to wait 5 seconds but its basically instant as soon as you hold Power and Volume + with the jig
