I'm wondering if AUTORCM ON or NSP = ban (included game update)
is there any cases of AUTORCM OFF + XCI use only = ban ?

I suggest you see for yourself. Check out the pinned topic related to bans, they have the latest ban reports there. And yes there were cases reported of just .XCI usage being banned, mostly due to online usage. AutoRCM itself doesn't equal a ban, least i don't think it does
