Hacking how install safety wads in vwii

Gentlemen, Good morning!
My Wii U is in version 5.4 and I have installed vwii, but I can not install wads, and my gx usbload does not show the games from mine device, only Configurable USB Loader .
I wanted to know a safe way to wads install in vwii

I have a Wii softmodded with Homebrew Channel. The way I install wads is through an app called, Yet Another Wad Manager. https://code.google.com/p/yawmm/downloads/list.
