you need a program called showmii wads I use it when creating my Emunands it list the wads and what region and other things. Google it my friend

first thing first, what kind of wads are those?
Not all wads has a region. ios/cios/forwarder wads has no region
if they are games (Wiiware/VC), shouldn't you know before downloading them or there is some indication in the filenames or folder names? If not I would really worry about their safety...

well, i downloaded them on a certain archive site as WiiWareCollectionByGhostware
and there are NO SPECIFICATION ABOUT THE REGION.
if you wanna know more, i use a pal wii
