Hi, anyone here know how to transfer my game save file that is from a computer to a 3DS?

If you have custom firmware, do a google search for JKSM. You should find a cia file. Install that with whatever installer you have and you can now backup and add saves from that application. It should create a JKSM folder on your SD card and you should be able to move that folder that contains your saved between your sd card and your computer

But if the save is just a .sav file it's probably in Gateway or Sky3DS format and you'll need one of those carts, or the help from someone who has one of them to get the save decrypted into a save manager compatible format.
