ROM Hack How i can change region of a game without using flashcard?

Hello!

I am new at this forums but i actually learned about how to get cfw and twilightmenu++, i am asking about how to edit the region of a dsiware game.

I have a nds file of bloons and bloons td and i want to change the region code because those games are with american region and my dsi is european region. they don't work, can someone help me?
