How free is "Free Shipping" on NVIDIA's website and how much time does it take for the product to get here?

Companies usually don't ship stuff for free to Hungary, even though they have "Free Shipping" on their website (like eBay, or Amazon, for example...).
Do they ship products for free to Hungary, and how much time does it take for it to get here?

Usually when something is listed as "Free shipping", there are limitations and regulations on locations etc.

I don't really know why you're asking here for your answer, I would imagine it would be infinitely quicker, and simpler, to just ask on Nvidia's forums or emailing their customer support.

    Dumb Linux file system thing with batocera it locked the roms folder to a specific format where plasma wouldn't read it
