Homebrew How easy is it to transfer saves from GBA injects on N3DS to PC and/or Retropie

I've been playing some GBA games on the 3DS and it plays them great, but sometimes I'd prefer to carry on with the same game using a PC or Raspberry Pi. However I have no idea where or in what format the GBA saves are in on a 3DS.

You can backup&restore saves manually:

(This is tedious if you want to process many games at a time)

The saves from GBA Virtual Console worked for me on mgba emulator (desktop version) as well as on retail cartridges.

I did mine through the agbsave.bin. you can only do one game at a time (backup the save first), then reinject it. it was a serious pita.
