How do you wash your hands?

I was in art class and we were cleaning up our clay and washing hands. Some people kept changing the temperature, and I decided this was a thread-worthy thing. So, how do you wash your hands?

I think the correct way is to use hot/warm water to activate the soap and then use cold water to rinse.

With water

I normally just use soap and cold water, but if I'm already cold then I'll use warm water.

My dad puts the soap on his hands before getting them wet and I think that's just weird.

Depends on if it's cold or hot during the day. If cold, I use warm/hot water to help warm up my hands. All other times, it will be cold water.

Warm to hot water. Get my hands wet first. Add soap and lather. Wash beyond my wrists and wash for about 1 minutes. Rinse completely until all soap is gone. Dry with paper towels, never a hand dryer.

The ones we have at college have always worked well for me - some places I've been even have ultra fast ones.

Hand Dryers are shit. There will be nothing better than a towel or paper towel. While on the subject of washing hands, what about soap to use? I personally like soap that has a really strong smell like peppermint in the winter times for example.

I use as scalding of hot water as my skin can handle, and liquid handsoap. (Not that foaming bullshit)
