Homebrew How Do you use a rom on desmume on 3ds?

so i got the 3dsx for 3desmume and ran it on homebrew and after i launched it there's just a black screen and no menu to choose a rom ☹ can someone tell me how to load a rom on 3desmume please?

ntrboot works for sure, idk about seedminer. You need a DS compatible flashcart for ntboot.

Anyways, the main build of desmume doesn't support changing the roms. Only a few forks have hotkeys to load different roms. There should be an ini file bundled with the download.

Videos are not always reliable and get outdated fast.

Definitely go to the site and follow those instructions to the letter.

If I can hack an N3DS on 11.8 with NTRBoot this morning, you can too. The site will link you to several good sites to get yourself a preflashed cart at a very reasonable price, and even give you instructions on how to revert it back to a normal flash cart.

And therein lies the problem. Both desmume and dsimenu++ are not the most ideal things to use, even on a hacked 3DS. They are still very experimental.

also cant there just be an easier way to install cias like move them to a file where all the downloaded stuff is that get put on the home menu? or is it impossible? like where does fbi send installed cias too?
