Hacking How do you transfer .sav to DS cartridges?

Well, I'm playing pokemon pearl right now and I wonder when the english version comes out is it possible to transfer an english rom's sav that I was playing into the normal DS cartridge. So, it allows me to play earlier before I actually buy the game and also I can take out the sav and put it in again whenever I want to.

In conclusion, is it possible to put .sav from a supercard back into a DS Cartridge?

There are two save related tools that you can use:
cory192's etool line: http://nds.cmamod.com/ (uses SRAM and so will work on cards with it, i.e. nearly every cart)
sata's rain/rein: http://www.pat.hi-ho.ne.jp/sata68/nds.shtml (see graph for working cards, uses memory card read/write. Most supercards should be OK)

Sometimes (and especially in pokemon's case) saves do not like being messed around with and sometimes regions do matter for saves.
Oh and pokemon may not work with etool due to compression and space issues.

As FAST6191 said REIN works great for putting your saves back onto your flashcart. I have never used ETOOL though so I have no information to give you there.
