Just a thread where everyone can share their idea of name for the next more powerful switch that is supposed to be released on 2021Q1
I've heard a lot of "Switch Pro" or "New Nintendo Switch"
Personally, I'd call it "Super Nintendo Switch"

actually, nothing is announced so far
If I got it right, the source is actually two Nintendo's employees who leaked the information about that new more powerful switch
I don't know if it's speculation or from those two employees, but it should support 4K when docked

ähm actually u can set on the panasonic tv some settings that convert than 1080p into 4k

    i think i heard of that, it's a good idea, shouldn't need a dedicated GPU just to run a LLM or video upscaling

    @The Real Jdbye, I could see AMD trying to pull off the CPU GPU tandem thing, would be a way to maybe close the gap a bit with Nvidia. Plus it would kinda put Nvidia at a future disadvantage since Nvidia can't make X86/64 CPUs? Intel and AMD licensing issues... I wonder how much that has held back innovation.
