ROM Hack How do you Randomize TMs in Pokemon Sun and Moon?

I am trying to randomize TMs in my Pokemon Moon, but cannot figure out how. I've tried everything I could come up with on my own, so now I need help here. I'm using Luma3DS v6.6-f03e232b. I uploaded my 3ds, a9lh, files9, luma, and SaltySD folders, since I'm sure at least one of those will help, along with all the non-folder stuff that's on the root of my SD card. I'd really appreciate any help I can get! Thanks :)

    No it uses micro, but a faster version micro called Express cards
