The first thing that comes to mind is downloading the right WAD file from ModMii and installing it.
If you already have one, same thing, just overwriting the existing one with a new one.

(I don't have a Wii with BootMii@Boot2 so I consider them too risky to mess with for me so if anyone else who has more experience wants to answer, feel free.)

IMOP. Wad style menus are dangerous, if your not sure what your doing.(not saying anything bad about the O.P.)
Grab modmii. then go to the page for computer apps. find customizemii. once you have that, you can find themes here,http://wadder.freeforums.org/system-menu-skin-and-theme-releases-f16.html and more on this site.( look for diddy81 an his excellent themes.)
when you run customizemii you'll be asked to download a base app.( main menu) after that load the wii themes you want to convert. from a csm to mym.
once that is done. grab my menufy by diddy81 or the mod by scooby.( both of the names you can search for in the search bar). put the mym files in this app run it from homebrew. pick your theme, load an have fun.
need more indepth help you can always use this site. https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/system-hacks/Mymenuify
