The M3 DS Real has built in Emulators for NES, SNES, GB, SMS and PCE

I can get the NES emulator to work but I cant get the SNES games to go

Apparently you need the GBA Expansion pack and I have that but I still cant get em to work

How does it work???

Download SNEmulDS. Put snemul.cfg on the root of your card, the SNES games in a folder called SNES on the root of your card, and the SNEmulDS.nds file anywhere. You don't need the RAM expansion, no.

You're better off downloading the emulators as the in-built ones will be out of date and won't run as well.

I wasn't aware the M3 Real even had built-in emulators. Even if it does, you'd be better off using the updated versions like Hadrian said.
