Burn the games to a DVD and put it in your Wii. Same as with a Wii iso. Also if you look around (google *hint hint*), there is a program which allows you to put multiple GC iso's onto one DVD. Perhaps it's availiable for download here as well...

GCM Utility 0.5 shrink the excess "fat" out of GC games. MultiGame ISO Creator 3.2.4f lets you put multiple GC games on a single disc. However, don't do this for GC games with audio streaming.
